Yes, we do offer cash on delivery(COD) for orders below ₹ 2000 , available in all serviceable pin codes. please note that cod may not be available for certain locations, so we recommended checking at checkout for availability in your area.
How To Place An Return/Exchange Request?
To place a return or exchange, follow these steps:
- visit the "place your Return/Exchange request", section on our website or app, or click here to raise a return/exchange request for your orders.
- submit the required as prompted on the page.
- Follow the instruction and select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Important notes:
- The return/exchange request must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
- A reverse pickup will be arranged within 2-3 working days by our courier partner.
- once we receive the returned product , we will contact you to confirm your request.
Return/Exchange conditions:
- The items must be unused, unwashed and undamaged.
- The product must be return in their original packaging with all tags infect.
- Items without tags will not be accepted for return or exchange.

How can i cancel an order?
You can cancel our order is my orders section by clicking the "Cancel order" or you "cancel order", button in the confirmation message , within 6 hours of placing
How do return exchange a product?
To initiate a return or exchange , visit the return section on our website or click here to raise a return request for your order.
once you requested the return, please pack the product in its original packaging (with tags intact) and hand it over our courier partner for pickup. once we receive the item at our ware house , we will verify it and issue a refund to the same account used for the original payment.

How do i get my refund for discounted items?
It your return an item that was purchased with a discounted will be at its MRP(Maximum Retail Price). the balance amount, after deducting the discount, will be refunded as a store credit.
How do i get refund for prepaid orders?
For prepaid orders the refund will be processed according to the original payment the amount will typically be credited to your account within 2-3 working days. If you don't receive the refund within this time frame, please contact your bank for further assistance,
